Your Top 3 Priorities (If You Do Nothing Else)

If this all feels like a lot, focus on these three. Get them right and you’re most of the way there:

  • 1. Contact universities for Eiffel in September 2026 the earliest, most missed, highest value action.
  • 2. Submit & pay before your deadline 15 Dec 2026 (DAP) or 8 Jan 2027 (HDAP), or the earlier Pakistan cut off.
  • 3. Confirm your final choice by 31 May 2027 silence loses your place.

Everything else supports these three:

Strong documents, steady funds, and a good interview all matter, but if you nail these three dates, you’ve cleared the hurdles that trip up most applicants.

Timing Mistakes That Cost Students the Intake

Almost every missed intake comes down to one of these timing errors. Avoid them and you stay on track:

Starting in 2027/2028 for a September 2027/2028 intakeThe most common mistake. By mid 2027/2028, the deadlines have long passed and scholarships are gone.Avoid it: Begin in September 2026. The first actions (scholarships, attestations) belong a full year ahead.
Contacting universities too late for EiffelWaiting until January means the university’s internal nomination deadline (Oct/Nov) has already passed.Avoid it: Email universities in September 2026 to ask about Eiffel nomination.
Assuming the global deadline applies to PakistanCampus France Pakistan can set an earlier local cut off than the global 15 December date.Avoid it: Confirm the exact Pakistan deadline on the official site and finish ahead of it.
Leaving attestations to the last minuteIBCC, HEC, and MOFA attestations (and sworn translations) take time you may not have near a deadline.Avoid it: Start attestations in September to October 2026, well before you submit.
Forgetting to confirm the final choiceAn offer is not a place. Missing the 31 May 2027 confirmation is treated as a rejection.Avoid it: Diarise 31 May 2027 and actively confirm your one program in time.
Preparing funds late (or on the old amount)Building funds just before the visa, or on the old €615 figure, triggers rejections.Avoid it: Build steady funds months ahead at the new ~€877.50/month threshold.

Frequently asked questions

When should I start for the September 2027/2028 intake? +

Start in September 2026, a full year ahead. That’s when you shortlist programs, contact universities for the Eiffel scholarship (their internal deadlines are October/November), begin your attestations (IBCC/HEC/MOFA), and arrange your language test. The EeF platform then opens on 1 October 2026.

What is the very first thing I should do? +

Contact universities about the Eiffel scholarship in September 2026. It’s university nominated with internal deadlines in October or November, so it has the earliest cut off of everything. Waiting until January means you’ve already missed it. Alongside that, shortlist your programs and start your attestations.

What’s the difference between the DAP and HDAP deadlines? +

DAP (Bachelor 1st year, medical, architecture) has a 15 December 2026 deadline with up to 3 program choices. HDAP (Bachelor year 2 to 3 and all Master’s) has an 8 January 2027 deadline with up to 7 choices. Both are on the EeF platform. Confirm the exact Pakistan cut off, which can be earlier.

What happens if I miss the 31 May 2027 confirmation? +

If you receive an admission offer but don’t actively confirm your one final choice by 31 May 2027, the system treats your silence as a rejection, and you lose the place. This is one of the most commonly missed deadlines, so diarise it as soon as you get your decisions.

How much money do I need to show, and when? +

From 1 August 2026, you must show about €877.50 per month (around €10,530 per year), plus tuition. You prove this at the visa stage (June to August 2027), but you should build the funds steadily over the preceding months. Sudden last minute deposits are the number one rejection reason.

Does Westside Visa create a personal plan for me? +

Yes we build you a dated, personal action plan mapped to your route (DAP or HDAP), your programs, and your profile, then keep you on schedule through every step: scholarships, documents, submission, interview, funds, visa, and arrival. Contact us to get started.
