Student and work applications additionally require an admission or offer letter, academic transcripts, English proficiency results where applicable, and in most cases an attested or apostilled document set.

Two timelines matter here, and they are separate.

Embassy processing time: this is controlled entirely by the mission, not by us. As a general guide:

• Schengen short-stay: 15 to 30 calendar days
• UK visit visa: approximately 3 weeks standard
• Student visas: 4 to 12 weeks, depending on intake season
• Work permits: 6 to 16 weeks, depending on labour-market steps

Peak season (May to August, and December) extends these. No consultancy can accelerate an embassy's internal processing, and you should be cautious of anyone who claims otherwise.

In most cases, yes. Almost all missions now require biometric enrolment; fingerprints and a facial photograph. which must be given in person at the visa application centre.

If we assess your profile as unlikely to succeed, we will tell you directly rather than take a fee for a filing that is likely to fail.

First, we review the refusal notice. Missions issue a stated ground of refusal, and your next step depends entirely on what it says.

Depending on that ground and the country involved, the routes are:

• Appeal or administrative review; available for certain UK and Schengen refusals, usually within a strict deadline of 14 to 30 days
• Reapplication; appropriate where the refusal was based on a fixable documentary gap
• Alternative destination; where your profile is a stronger match elsewhere

A previous refusal must be declared on future applications. Concealing it is treated as misrepresentation and can lead to a multi-year ban, so it should never be omitted.

Based on the files we see, the recurring grounds are:

• Insufficient or unexplained funds; sudden large deposits without a documented source are a frequent trigger
• Weak ties to home country; no employment, property, or family commitments demonstrating you will return
• Inconsistent information; details on the form that contradict the supporting documents
• Incomplete or incorrectly formatted documents; wrong photograph specification, unattested certificates, missing translations
• Unclear purpose of travel; an itinerary that doesn't align with the stated reason
• Previous immigration history; prior refusals, overstays, or breaches
