The six documents almost every visit visa asks for

Valid passport
At least six months validity and blank pages; old passports too, they show your travel history.
Photographs
Recent passport size photos to the embassy’s own specification.
Bank statements
Usually six months, showing regular income and enough funds for the trip, with no sudden large deposits.
Proof of employment or business
Job letter with leave approval, business registration and tax papers, or student enrolment.
Travel plan
Flight and hotel reservations or a clear itinerary; we advise on booking before or after the decision.
Invitation or sponsor
For family visits or business meetings: the letter, the host’s status and proof of the relationship.

How long does a visit visa take?
Dubai in days, the UK typically around three weeks, Schengen two to four weeks, the USA depends on interview availability. We give you the current timeline for your destination at the assessment.
Do you submit the application for me?
No. You submit on the official portal and attend biometrics yourself. We prepare the file with you, review the form before you send it and prepare you for any interview.
I was refused before. Can I apply again?
Often yes, once the reason for refusal is understood and answered with better evidence. Bring the refusal letter to your assessment.
Should I book flights before the decision?
Most embassies accept a reservation or itinerary; paid tickets are rarely required before the decision. We tell you what your destination expects.
Is my information safe with you?
